| Operations Manager Leadership Development Program Tech Ops (OMLDP-TO), is a required workshop for second level managers (SLMs) to attend every two years. The goal of the FY23 program is to provide leadership strategies for DFMs and other operational GMs to lead change with resilience. The workshop will focus on leading the workforce through the cultural changes required to implement the FAA Technical Operations Strategic Plan initiatives. OMLDP-TO will include a pre-workshop activity and kickoff session and three to four days of training with asynchronous and synchronous sessions. The course will also include several post-workshop activities to continue the learning after the workshop. | |||
