| This 3-day course is designed for FAA Associate Administrator for Airports (ARP) technical staff and managers to provide training in a key component of the Safety Management System (SMS) - Safety Risk Management (SRM). SRM is a formalized approach to safety which the ARP organization is required to implement in accordance with FAA Order 5200.11, FAA Airports (ARP) Safety Management System. This course consists of lecture, case studies, and exercises. After students have been trained, they will be able to implement the SRM process in accordance with FAA Order 5200.11. | |||
