This 10-day course covers the Inspector Training System (ITS) that is a comprehensive new system to manage the training of aviation safety inspectors at a national civil aviation authority. This new program provides a turn-key system and operational framework to govern the development of aviation safety inspectors from new hire status through full performance level.
