Resolution of Safety Concerns- International Course 15209001
DESCRIPTION
This course presents ICAO requirements for the main job tasks associated with the investigations and enforcements of non-compliance by regulated personnel and show participants how the procedures found in the Resolutions of Safety Concerns Manual are used to fulfill those requirements. The course does not present FAR’s as it is more appropriate for a State to bring their own proprietary regulatory system as the basis for required actions. The course is appropriate for any audience seeking a detailed understanding of how Flight Standards work is accomplished in the USA and how these procedures, as inspector best practices, might be utilized for similar operations in a foreign State.
OBJECTIVES
Prepare newly hired Aviation Safety Inspectors to properly accomplish the duties and responsibilities associated with enforcement of aviation regulations across the entire field of responsibility of a Civil Aviation Authorities (CAA). The course was specifically developed for foreign CAAs.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
Newly hired CAA Aviation Safety Inspectors and associated supervisory personnel who will be assigned responsibilities for air operator certification and/or ongoing technical management of air operators.
