| This course is a blended learning course, combining web-based instruction with skill building exercises. The course begins with web-based training designed to increase controller awareness of cognitive processing skills that affect performance both on and off the job. It is followed by 10 hours of skill building exercises which allow students to practice and enhance cognitive processing skills. Some areas that NATPRO I targets include being centered, being in the zone, visualization, attention and concentration. | |||
