Managing Projects is a comprehensive foundational course. It describes the roles and responsibilities of project managers across the project life cycle, defines and develops the foundation of a project plan, including the projects requirements document, work breakdown structure, cost, schedule, and other resources. This course covers briefly each of the PMBOK Guide processes and knowledge areas. Through case studies and hands-on exercises, students learn to use basic project management tools that can be applied immediately to their jobs. This item provides 24 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers.
