| Students who attend this webinar will gain a solid big picture view of the system and its benefits and be able to identify their role(s) in the system. It is the first training class that new users should take. The course walks through the entire CWP process; links the process to the tools, roles, and outputs of the system; discusses the value and benefit of the CWP system; and helps the user identify remaining courses they should take. For this webinar, the trainer shows use of the CWP via Sametime (this webinar does NOT include hands on exercises for the user; hands on exercises are only available via the classroom version of CWP System Overview).
