| The purpose of the half-day course about Enterprise Architecture (EA) and its applications for Program and Project Managers and Financial Analysts is to raise awareness across different segments of the Acquisition Workforce about EA and to familiarize PMs and Financial Analysts with its fundamental elements. It is meant to describe how the agency is working to implement EA into the business management of the agency, and what part each audience plays intis successful implementation. This short course will cover the EA fundamentals, what role the Program and Project Manager and Financial Analysts plays in making EA a successful tool for the agency, what the FAA ""road map"" is for how EA and the technology associated with it will support our business operations and provide benefit to the agency. | |||
