| This is Air Traffic Managers Mid Level Training for implementation of Article 48, Collaborative Working Groups (CWG), and will consist of a pilot session and a series of 60 Facilitator led training sessions. The sessions will take place over one year at various ARTCC/TRACON locations around the U.S. The target audience is ATO Facility Mid-Level Managers and Union Representatives. IBC will continue to develop the participants on the CWG process and give them the opportunity to develop their plan of action for use at their facility. ATO IBC will contribute to achieve the ATO long-term success by maximizing its performance and ability to provide a more positive, customer-focused workplace. | |||
