| All Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employees are expected to comply fully with the letter and spirit of the Standards of Conduct set forth in this Human Resources Policy Manual (HRPM) and with those contained in FAA Order 3750.7, Ethical Conduct and Financial Disclosure (PDF). The agency's policy on employee conduct applies to all FAA employees and is designed to encourage employees to maintain a level of behavior and performance that will promote the efficiency of the Federal service and conform to accepted ethical principles.
