| Course number is used to document completion of required employee annual respirator fit test if assigned tight fitting respirators. 29 CFR 1910.134(f) Before an employee may be required to use any respirator with a negative or positive pressure tight-fitting face-piece, the employee must be fit tested with the same make, model, style, and size of respirator that will be used. Upon training completion, provide roster completion to the training POC to facilitate employee LMS learning history update. Indicate respirator make(s) and model(s) tested in the employees completion record comments section. Fit tests require a completed FAA Form 3900-45 Fit Test for each assigned tight-fitting respirator. | |||
