| This briefing number is to be used to document fall protection competent person workshop completion. This workshop's purpose is to provide those who have previously completed and are current in fall protection competent person initial and refresher training (FAA68000136 or FAA68000137), hands-on instruction and experience in completing inspections, procedures and applicable forms for navigational and communication towers with the NASET identifier. A workshop will be conducted in each of the 3 Service Areas. A complete set of compliant forms required under the ATO Fall Protection Program to include Facility Fall Hazard Survey Checklist, Fall Protection Procedures, Rescue Plan/Procedures and Ladder Safety System Inspection will be completed at each NASET site where the workshop is conducted. Upon completion of this workshop a copy of the roster should be provided to the training POC to be entered into students LMS learning history. | |||
