| Instructor lead training for the TSSC Engineering Technical Officer (ETO) covering their full delegation of authority under the contract. In this three-day class the ETO will be briefed and participate in discussions of their contract administration and oversight responsibilities. Contract surveillance methods, reporting requirements, award fee evaluation process, quality assurance and safety assurance methodologies, inherently governmental functions and strategies for the avoidance of personal services relationships will be presented and discussed.
