| This course number is to be used to document scissor lift safety training. During this training, employees will perform a pre-start inspection of the scissor lift, survey the worksite for hazards and address those hazards, and operate the scissor lift safely. Upon completion of this training, employee should maintain training completion records and provide a copy to their supervisor and/or training POC to be entered into their eLMS learning history. When recording completion in eLMS, enter make(s), model(s) and type of scissor lift(s) on which employee has been trained in the comment section of employees completion record. | |||
