| The purpose of this instructor-led Letter of Authorization (LOA) orientation is to provide an overview of LOA types and processes and how to use them to test a modification, test procedures, release draft documents, or authorize substitute parts. In this course, which is part one of two, participants are introduced to the LOA types, with emphasis on those used to authorize testing at a field facility and schedule key site testing. Participants are also familiarized with the policies and procedures that drive LOA usage. | |||
