| This briefing familiarizes ATO employees with the history of VSRPS, their importance, why voluntary safety reporting works, where VSRPs fit into the ATO Safety Management System (SMS), and varieties of VSRPs currently supported through AJIs Safety Programs Group. In collaborative effort between FAA and their collective bargaining units, participants will see how VSRPs work to continually develop and strengthen a positive Safety Culture within the ATO. All VSRPs are supported by a Memorandum of Agreement/Understanding (MOA/MOU) with their respective collective bargaining unit. | |||
