| This workshop is designed for participants in the Security & Hazardous Materials (ASH) MODEL Program. Action learning is a process that involves a small group working on real problems, taking action and learning as individuals and as a team. This workshop will provide participants with a baseline knowledge by providing instruction pertaining to the 6 major components of action learning and evaluating Government and industry case studies. In addition, participants will be assigned a project (problem) during the workshop in which they will apply action learning strategy over the next few months to develop a solution to be implemented within ASH. | |||
