| This course is designed for AFS personnel directly involved with the AVS/AFS Quality Management System (QMS). The course provides participants with an opportunity to enhance their effectiveness in operating, maintaining and improving the QMS. It is designed to enhance the ability for AFS to provide improved products and services to customers and stakeholders. Methods include lecture, facilitated discussion, group activities, classroom simulations, application exercises, and computer lab exercises interfacing with QMITS and Data Express. During the course, participants will practice skills designed to enhance performance of their responsibilities related to the AVS/AFS QMS. This course is designed for AFS personnel actively engaged with the QMS who have completed the prerequisite Web Based Training courses (FAA24900) AVS QMS Orientation course (WBT) and (FAA27100038) Root Cause Analysis for QMS. This item provides 32 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
