| This course compliments Flight Standards Leadership Course - Initial(25716) and assists managers in satisfying the Managerial Workforce Planning WP-10.1 training requirements through refresher training. This on-site classroom training is 40 hours. FSLC-R is position essential training and is recommended every three-years. FSLC-R aligns with all Managerial Success Profile dimensions and their associated competencies. Managers will be able to apply these principals to everyday Flight Standards situations and successfully develop a Managerial Development Plan.
