| The purpose of this Recurrent Safety, Compliance, and Enforcement course is to reinforce the foundational skills gained in initial Safety and Compliance, and/or Enforcement Procedures courses. This recurrent course provides critical insight into the FAA Compliance Program (CP). The course focuses on how to conduct an investigation and take necessary action in response to deviations from regulatory or other safety standards. The course reviews required documentation in automated systems for compliance, administrative, and legal enforcement actions; documentation quality review; and preparation of Enforcement Investigative Reports (EIRs). | |||
