| **Course being inactivated until new instructors are brought on board and trained in AFS-60 to teach job functions.** This training is primarily for GA Operations Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASIs) assigned turboprop certification responsibilities. Training is conducted in the Beech C90GTx Turboprop aircraft with advanced avionics to prepare the inspector for NextGen Technologies. This course is the second of two courses required for an inspectors continuous assignment in turboprop certification responsibilities after completion of (21800022) Beech C-90GTi with Proline 21 Avionics Initial Pilot Qualification at Flight Safety International. This course (21000092) Turboprop C90GTx Initial Flight is ground and flight training at Alliance Airport, Ft. Worth, TX conducted by AFS-60 cadre. This course also includes Turboprop Evaluation Techniques for Inspectors and credit is given for (12036) CRM Recurrent for General Aviation & 135 Air Carrier Inspectors/Pilots. Successful completion of (21000092) and (21800022) meets the AFS Flight Operations Manual requirements to be assigned turboprop certification responsibilities. Inspectors requiring the 14 CFR 61.31(g) High Altitude Endorsement may request this training when scheduling this course. No additional travel time required for this training. | |||
