| This course is designed to enhance the cohesiveness of leadership/management teams. Teams will discuss and participate in exercises to develop team trust, healthy conflict, commitment, accountability and results. Students will be asked to take two assessments prior to the course a team assessment and a Myers-Briggs preference type or DiSC behavior type. Students will delve deeply into the results of the team assessment and their team members Myers-Briggs type or DiSC assessment. The offsite utilizes concepts in The Advantage by Pat Lencioni. Students will be asked to read the book prior to the workshop if possible. | |||
