| Students will learn how to evaluate an application for a Certificate of Waiver or Authorization (CoW/A) for an aviation event/aerobatic practice area (APA) as well as conduct surveillance for an aviation event/APA. Specifically, this course: Provides the knowledge needed to conduct a site feasibility study. Provides an understanding of airspace and environmental requirements. Outlines the requirements for event management, emergency responsiveness, and event security. Describes the qualifications for aircraft and personnel operating under the provisions of the waiver or authorization. | |||
