Selected and approved Change Practitioners will increase their effectiveness employing Proscis research-based change management methodology in order to develop scaled and measurable change management strategies for projects and initiatives. The three-day training workshop is designed for individuals responsible for managing change on specific project or initiatives or those responsible for building organizational change competency. The workshop allows for Practitioners to identify, share, and expand their existing positive influencing strategies, identify gaps between their intent to influence and the actual outcomes of those attempts, explore implications of their actions, and practice communication, inquiry, feedback, and conflict management approaches that lead to their increased capacity to influence change. Instructional methods include case studies, skill-based workshops, group dialogue, group problem-solving, individual and group work, action planning sessions, and opportunities to reflect. Upon successful completion of the workshop, Practitioners will possess information and job aids to: Enhance ability to influence organizational change Identify and develop strategies for integrating change management Enhance feedback, inquiry, and networking communication skills
