Currently, they are going through a re-purposing of mission and if needed we will bring this course back online later with revisions.** Successful change relies on the acceptance and engagement of employees, one individual at a time. The Change Management Training for Employees is based on the Employees Survival Guide to Change, ADKAR Book and the ADKAR Model to help employees engage in the change process. Participants will gain a feeling of control over the change process, learn the concepts of change management, understand how to use the ADKAR model as a change tool and engage in the changes currently underway within the organization. Prerequisite is Read ADKAR Book. | |||
