It covers why certification requirements exist, history of Part 21, Policy Development (Part 11, Certificate Management, International Issues, and Enforcement, Part 13). The course stresses how Type, Production, and Airworthiness Certification are related and how Part 21 relates to the other FAR Parts. Initial Training for AIR.
