| This course provides ASIs with critical information needed to effectively have oversight over an operators CRM. As it applies to evaluating CRM, this course contains an introduction to an ASIs responsibilities, relevant guidance regulations, and resources, information on both evaluating CRM training programs and assessing effectiveness of CRM training during surveillance and observations. There are no prerequisites for the course, although it may be helpful if participants have taken the WBT (04235) Human Factors Awareness Course. | |||
