| This 5 day course teaches students knowledge, skills and abilities to approve and provide adequate oversight of the following: 14 CFR Part 121 Aircraft Dispatcher and Operational Control Centers 14 CFR Part 121 Operator Aircraft Dispatcher Training Programs 14 CFR Part 65 Aircraft Dispatcher Courses 14 CFR Part 183 Designated Aircraft Dispatcher Examiners (DADEs) This course contains lecture, handouts, practical exercises and role-playing. All students must have completed the following eLMS courses as a prerequisite: FAA 27100021 MEL/CDL FAA 27100022 Dispatch/Flight Release FAA 27100023 Load Manifest and Weight and Balance Control FAA 27100024 Operational Control FAA 27100091 AFS Overview of Personnel Certification Designee Management All new hire Air Carrier Operations String Course are recommended, but not required. Aviation Safety Inspectors (ASI) who possesses an Aircraft Dispatcher Airman Certificate; This course is available to FAA dispatch inspectors, Civil Aviation authorities and foreign students. | |||
