| This course is designed for certification personnel. It includes definitions & terms; purpose & objectives; areas of responsibilities; audit types, applications; inter-divisional/inter-functional relationships & protocol; staffing & training; audit scheduling; program evaluation methods, preparations, performance, documentation, & reporting; & closure of audits. Mandatory for certification personnel responsible for performing and participating in QSA in accordance with AIR Order 8120.23. Method of instruction include lecture, student participation, practical exercises, collaborative discussions, and tests.
