This course covers the roles and responsibilities of AIR personnel who are involved in the Designee Program under Order 8000.95 Designee Management Policy & Order 8100.15 Organization Designation Authorization Procedures. The course covers the policy & procedures used for managing AIR's Designee Program for Manufacturing Designees. In addition, the course covers the eight processes and procedures used by AIR in the oversight of individual and organization Designees. This course will introduce participants to the Designee Management System (DMS) and its use in the oversight of designees. Method of instruction include lecture, student participation, practical exercises, collaborative discussions, and tests. Target Audience: AIR employees involved in designee management. Length: 32 hours.
