The purpose of this training is to provide a basic understanding of the concepts and principles of: The importance of loads data to the overall design and manufacture of fixed wing aircraft; How loads data are developed and used; Methodologies for generating and validating loads data; How loads data are reported to FAA. Audience: This training is designed for new and experienced FAA airframe engineers who are not proficient or expert in aircraft loads, related FAA regulations, and/or the application of this knowledge to ensuring aircraft safety. Others with interest, such as multidisciplinary engineers or flight test pilots. Length: 4 hours
