**Course inactivated -Course sunset and replaced by Flight Standards Leadership Mindset course (21000217) series, which consists of FSLM-I, DYO, and FSLM-W.** This training is to provide all Flight Standards leaders with the skills necessary to effectively perform their roles consistently throughout the Service. It begins with the duties and responsibilities of a Flight Standards leader, addresses effective interpersonal skills, and provides practical exposure to the use and application of management systems. This course includes lessons related to program and personnel administration, resource management and administration, managing employee performance, and enhancing individual leadership skills to improve the manager's ability to deal with difficult situations, problem solve, build effective relationships, and influence others.
