| This instructor-led training course was developed for new principal inspectors to understand the Flight Standards philosophy of doing business and how to incorporate this philosophy into their daily work activities. This course does not teach principal inspectors how to perform the technical aspects of their job; instead, it focuses on the foundational skills necessary for principal inspectors to be successful in Flight Standards. The practice exercises and group discussions are designed to encourage participants to share their professional knowledge and experiences, in order to expand upon and reinforce the key concepts introduced in the course. The goal of the course is to prepare PIs to function effectively within the AFS Compliance Policy and philosophy. | |||
