| Understanding and managing unconscious bias can help us build stronger, more diverse and inclusive organizations. This training is designed to help us recognize our biases so we can reduce their negative effects in the workplace. There are different forms of unconscious bias that can prevent us from cultivating an inclusive and innovative workplace. This training discusses the four common types of biases: Performance Bias, Performance Attribution Bias, Competence/Likeability Trade-off Bias, and Maternal Bias.
