This course is designed for all new hire AFS employees or any other employee who requires more training in QMS. This 2 hour web based training will enhance participants understanding of QMS basics, such as acronyms, the AVS quality policy and ISO purpose. We will show each employee what QMS roles and responsibilities they have within the FAA. The course will go into detail about QMS Documented Processes, Document Control, Record Control and Stakeholder Feedback. We will discuss all types of audits and go into detail on self-assessment audits and FSEP. The course will help you identify which continuous improvement process to use: CAR, PAR or NCR, and explain each one. This WBT will present these topics through text, graphics, audio, scenarios and knowledge checks.
