Part One - Review OJT Guide, covers a review of the updates to the OJT program guidance; OJT Guide with highlighted areas we will be reviewing; OJT Course Equivalency Document; OJT Evaluation Tool; OJT Planning Module Instructions; OJT PTRS Instructions; OJT SPAS Instructions Part Two - Demo Tools of OJT, covers the 2009 OJT Program Guidance Updates include explanation of NEW TOOLS. They are: OJT Planning Module Tool, Establishment of standard office profiles for established positions, Establishment of individual OJT plan from office profile, Establishment of a National Tracking System Tool using both PTRS and SPAS; Establishment of a Comprehensive Evaluation Tool where key OJT participants can all use the tool to assess if they are meeting their OJT 2009 obligations. OJT Trainees, Trainers, Technical Resources, PMs, FLMs, and Office Managers. Results and findings can be the catalyst to implement corrective action for continuous improvement.
