There is a classroom course; AVS Quality Management Leadership (QML) to address the AVS-level policies related to QMS. Flight Standards (AFS) has several Service/Office level policies and automation not covered in that course, but in our new WBT; QML Differences for AFS Employees these items are discussed. This 3 hour web based training will show the student the AFS QMS web site as an overview, go into the CAR and PAR process for AFS employees, explain the Document Control Process within AFS (AFS-001-007) and go into detail about the Flight Standards Evaluation Program (FSEP) and Data Express. The methods included in this training are: text, video, audio, graphics, animation and matching, multiple choice and data entry activities or case studies. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS WBT COURSE IS A POST REQUIREMENT FOR THE AVS QML CLASSROOM COURSE for AFS employees only. Under the AVS QML course there are also three prerequisite WBT courses: #24900-AVS QMS Orientation, #24908-QMITS Level 1 and #27000008-AVS Root Cause Analysis.
