Every Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) is responsible for proper Certificate of an Air Operator or Approved Maintenance Organization, according to International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Standards as promulgated into the law and regulations of each State. This 6 module, 3 hour web-based training provides Directors Generals (DGs) of Civil Aviation Authorities and other Senior Management with the general knowledge and direction in selecting, designating, monitoring and managing the personnel who are assigned specific tasks to perform during the certification process that leads to the issuance of Air Operator Certificates (AOCs). The training will focus on ICAO Requirements for AOC, Roles and Responsibilities of the CAA and its employees during the process, and an overview of all 5 phases of AOC.
