Course 27100159 The AEG Role in Flight Standards and AIR Activities course is in the new hire curriculum for AC AW and GA AW, while 27100171 - 24/7 AMOC Process and Communications is not in the new hire curriculum and only 8 people completed the course since Jan of 2018** This training provides an overview of the implementation of the Alternative Methods of Complaince (AMOC) process and and the Transport Airplane Directorate's (TAD) 24/7 AMOC support process. This training also explains the importance of early communication between PIs and their respective Aicraft Evaluation Group (AEG) counterparts when a technical issue first arises from an AD and/or may require an AMOC. This course is designed for all airworthiness ASIs, including AEG personnel; AIR technical specialists; front line AIR and AFS supervisors; and AIR and AFS office managers. | |||
