| Order 2150.3C sets forth policies and procedures relevant to the Federal Aviation Administrations compliance and enforcement program. The order applies to the compliance and enforcement programs and activities of all FAA offices that have statutory and regulatory compliance and enforcement responsibilities. It includes policies and procedures the FAA has developed since the last comprehensive revision of the order in 2007. The course is mandatory/required for all Mgr/FLM/ASIs/ASTs in AFS, AFC, AFG, and is highly recommended for AFB400 and any ASA, as authorized by his/her manager. | |||
