This Course will provide a review of Safety Management and System Safety concepts by embracing the Seven Safety Attributes which are used to evaluate risk in the National Airspace System. These concepts will provide the target audience, all Managers, ASI, PIs, FLMs, ORAs and ASTs who interact with the GA community with job-competency knowledge of system safety and how it relates to the core concept of risk-based decision-making. Opportunities to explore various CFR parts for clarity will be used as appropriate.
