| Completion of this WBT will provide the inspector with essential knowledge regarding the regulatory requirements for instructors and evaluators of an AQP Training System. This WBT compares and contrasts the differences between traditional 14 CFR Part 121/135 instructors and check airman with Part 121,135 and 142 AQP instructors and evaluators. The learner is provided with a review of the 8900.1 Order and related guidance regarding the critical roles and responsibilities of the ASI who provide continued operational oversight to pilots, flight attendants, dispatch and other operations personnel who operate under 14 CFR121 Subpart Y. This course is recommended within 60 days of taking FAA21000172 for: ASIs, APMs, APOIs, and POIs with oversight of AQP functions of a Part 121 or 135 AQP operator. | |||
