Description	As the Safety Assurance System (SAS) completes the implementation of Phase 4, software functionality concerning Foreign Air Carriers (FAC) are being added to the SAS System. This functionality includes the incorporation of 14 CFR Part 129 and Part 375 Operators. This course is to instruct FAA personnel who perform tasks at an International Field Office (IFO) in the newly implemented SAS functionality in order to complete their job tasks in the SAS system. Topics include 129 Preapplication, 375 coordination, use of the Heightened Surveillance List (HSL), and FAC interfaces such as the Air Traffic Organizations (ATO) CEDAR (Comprehensive Electronic Data Analysis and Reporting).
