This training provides the FAA/AVS workforce and impacted industry representatives with the knowledge and tools to accomplish tasks related to aircraft certification, manufacturing, maintenance, and continued airworthiness in accordance with the new safety agreement between the U.S. and the European Union. This training is considered Position Essential for the target audience based on their job duties: (1) Policy staff in AIR 100 and 200 who develop policy for the design approvals and/or the import and export of products. (2) AIR engineers in AIR 100 and 200 who develop policy for the design approvals and/or the import and export of products. (3) AIR inspectors who deal with import and export of aeronautical products with the European Union.
