| This course is part of the initial training for both Designated Engineering Representatives and ODA Engineering Unit Members. It provides DER and ODA Unit Member applicants with background knowledge of the FAA, as well as an understanding of the FAA delegation program. Engineering designees will learn about the aircraft certification process and will understand their function in that process as an FAA representative. Audience: DERs, ODA Unit member applicants.
