| This workshop provides participants with an introduction to the basic interpersonal and communication skills to mediate conflict in the workplace. It addresses mediation 'on the fly' when a structured process is not available or appropriate. It will include a brief exploration of a mediator's instincts, intuitions, attitudes and values, and the critical role they play in being an effective mediator. This item provides 4 hours of credit toward FAAs continuing management education (CME) requirement for managers. | |||
