| This course examines the responsibility of oversight of Production Approval Holder ( PAH) located outside the United States and the scope of that oversight. The undue burden component will explore the need for an expanded or abbreviated project plan, the complexity of the manufacturing facility, the oversight options of the facility, and whether the product qualifies as a Category Parts List (CPL) candidate.
