| The purpose of the AOV Staff Work Training Program is to provide the knowledge, skills, and practice needed to conduct and successfully execute the varied tasks that comprise staff work. The objective of the web-based course (the first of three segments of the AOV Staff Work blended training program) is to provide participants with the basics and background of AOV staff work.
