| The purpose of the AOV Staff Work Training Program is to provide the knowledge, skills, and practice needed to conduct and successfully execute the varied tasks that comprise staff work. The objective of the scenario-based capstone course (the third and final segment of the AOV Staff Work blended training program) is to provide participants with an opportunity to apply the knowledge gained from the WBT and ILT. Target Audience: Air Traffic Safety Oversight Service (AOV) staff. Pre-requisites: Participants must complete the following courses in order: 1) AOV Staff Work Training Program: Introduction to Staff Work (WBT) and 2) AOV Staff Work Training Program: Research, Analysis, and Communication (ILT). | |||
