UNDER DEVELOPMENT:This course provides a brief overview of international validation principles, including why outbound validations are performed, how bilateral agreements support authority-to-authority validation, and how Implementation Procedures for Airworthiness (IPA) help enable foreign approval of FAA-certificated designs. The course also explains how validations may proceed when no bilateral agreement is in place, introduces available validation support resources, and identifies follow-on training for personnel managing or supporting validation projects.Target Audience(s): Assignment-specific training for Aviation Safety Engineers (ASEs) and Program Managers who support outbound validation activities. The primary audience for the briefing is personnel assigned to outbound validations.This course is not available to non-FAA audiences
