| Focusing on shaping the performance based organization curriculum, selected air traffic organization personnel will demonstrate content knowledge and practice the skills necessary to deliver two ATO-specific workshops. Workshops are Creating Value: The Art of Leading Performance (01287) and Building a Productive Work Environment (01290). During this five day train-the-trainer class, participants will demonstrate the effective consulting, facilitation, and advanced classroom management skills necessary for promoting self-directed learning. Methodologies are learner-centered, scenario-based including verbal skill practices, group discussions and providing and receiving high-impact feedback. | |||
